By accessing or using Regen Processing ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Please note: these products have not been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease or medical condition. Any clinical use of these products is determined solely by a licensed treating physician and may be considered investigational or experimental. Any clinical use must comply with all applicable federal and state regulatory requirements. Individual patient results may vary. No claims are made regarding the safety or effectiveness of any specific clinical application.

2. Platform Description

Regen Processing is a B2B ordering platform for Dezawa MuseCells® products, operated by Royal Longevity, LLC. The Platform is intended for use by qualified medical professionals and authorized procurement personnel.

3. Eligibility

The Platform is available to verified providers and authorized personnel only. By requesting access, you represent that you have the authority to place orders on behalf of your practice or organization and that all information provided is accurate.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Product Information

Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing on the Platform are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is error-free.
